Students with a regular or previoius practice can choose to join morning mysore class at any point in the month. It is recommended you join on a monthly pass. Please email us to enquire if space is currently available: email@example.com
INTERNATIONAL/ OUT OF TOWN STUDENTS
We welcome you to practice with us during your time in Sydney. Please email us to let us know the dates of when you would like to practice with us: Fiona@ashtangayogaspace.com.au
The Opening Chant is held at 6AM sharp daily
HOW TO START YOUR PRACTICE:
Please join us at the start of every month and book into our monthly beginner courses (see Course Information for dates). Commence your practice in small groups of up to 5. Practice in 4 week blocks with 2 set classes per week.
After your first beginner month then re-join to commence a more independent practice in the second month. This will be individually guided and determined by your teacher.
After 2 x Beginner Months please join us in the Mysore class on a class pass. Payment and booking is done online.
No experience is necessary. Just an openness to learn and discover whether this yoga is meant for you.
YOGA APPRECIATION & YOGA MENTORING
Yoga Philosophy Workshops & Private Mentoring with Fiona Pullen. Please contact me if you would like to register for yoga philosophy or to enquire about the mentoring program.
The aim of Yoga Appreciation is to explore on a deeper level elements of the Ashtanga practice and Yoga as a whole. It will be run over 4 Terms each year. The course is for students are interested in discovering more about the method of the practice.
